Remove dist folder from repo ( #5862 )
...
This PR removes the dist folder from the repo. With omitting dist, we will see much less merge conflicts and reduce the barriers for new contributors. This should not impact build speed as we're using actions/cache to re-use the built ui artefacts across jobs.

Prevent building twice when pushing to a PR ( #2345 )
...
Created PRs and commit pushes to PRs are all already handled by `pull_request`. Having `push` without limitations causes 2 build runs on every PR commit push.
Also the `push` scenario is only required for pushes (direct or merges) to the master branch.

Add deb package and nightly distribution ( #1977 )

- Add publishing automated debian package releases via Cloudsmith.io, which allows evcc to be installed and updated via `apt`
- Add nightly docker (:latest) and deb distribution
- Disable docker builds for every commit on master
- Allow nightly builds to be triggered manually
