Add armv7 architecture go get armhf deb packages (#1990) 
- Don't push armv6 deb packages, as goreleaser right now incorrectly makes `armel` instead of `armhf` packages
- Added armv7 builds and use that for debian packages

Nightly build fix 
APT packaging fixes

- Adopt nightly versioning to be parsed
- Fix binary source path for release builds

Improve unstable build versioning

Use timestamp as bugfix version, as we would have the same version number in all builds until the version tag gets updated

Add deb package and nightly distribution (#1977) 
- Add publishing automated debian package releases via Cloudsmith.io, which allows evcc to be installed and updated via `apt`
- Add nightly docker (:latest) and deb distribution
- Disable docker builds for every commit on master
- Allow nightly builds to be triggered manually

Fix vehicle data not removed from UI after disconnect (#1954) 
* reset published values in evVehicleDisconnectHandler in case of single vehicle and poll mode is connected/charging and not connected
* start detection only if we have multiple vehicles in evVehicleConnectHandler

cli configure updates (#1966) 
- Add `--advanced` mode, where params defined as `advanced: true` will be asked
- Add support for handling user input for lists, e.g. `identifiers`
- Bool values are now a No/Yes selection instead of text input
- Common definitions (params and render) are moved into single `parambaselist.yaml` file
- Some refactoring

Improve action handling to consistently apply and reset vehicle settings (#1942) 
allow GetTargetSoC() and GetMinSoC() to be used even when no vehicle is connected
use SetMinSoC() and SetTargetSoC() functions in applyAction()
allow to set minSoC to 0 with applyAction()
apply OnIdentify actions only when OnIdentify node is present in vehicle configuration (optional parameter)
